Has anyone tried the clen/t3 mix or know someone who has (or either part of the mix)?

What were your/his/her experiences? What else have you heard?

Do you think if I took it it would interact with my adderal?

If you do think it would interact would you suggest just taking the clen part?

Do you know of a reliable place to buy these pills online?

Anything else you want to tell me other than I shouldn't take diet pills blah blah blah?

aFTER MASTER CLEANSE DIET  DAY 4 I just couldn't eat anymore,. I didnt wanT TO MAKE THAT DRINK EIther. So I just stopped eating, and I would eat max 2 icee pops  a day, and I would take one prenatal pill, and one vitamin b6 pill, for energy. Icee pops are only 10 calories, and they r frozen sweet goodness! I went from 133 to 119 in a week.! I also do something else to help me but its secret and if  you wanna know you are gonna have to message me for that one because I can't type it for the public. My secret thing that I do gives me the strength to go on without eating, no matter how much I wanna give in, and it cleanse out my system even though I don't eat anything. I actually have 2 secret ways, one I have tried and one that I know works I just haven't tried it yet. Just let me know though and I'll be glad to message you my secrets on keeping control.

So I must get myself together. My short term goal is 120 by Halloween. So I just started an uber restrictionness with cici03 of 100 calories or less until Halloween.

So my plan through Saturday is...
dinner- sandwich- 85 calories

I'll plan out the next week after I know more about what's happening with lovely family dinners, and when my parents will be home and not. I know I won't be eating dinner Friday or Saturday, but I'm not sure about other days.

My goal is to get through the rest of the month in less than 1000 calories. Please, please, PLEASE let me stay strong!!

And if anyone wants to join me to any extremity, I'd love buddies!!

Hi my name’s Marianne, and I wanted to share with everyone my story so far...

I weighed 106kgs and had problems with my metabolism. I wasn’t sure anything could work for me. With a wonky metabolism I had to eat half as much and exercise twice as much! But I stumbled across an amazing all natural herbal based program.

When the first kg’s came off I started to get really excited, I'm now down to 98kg, and all steam ahead till I reach my goal weight. Before starting the program I was always tired and I hated the way I looked.

My last plan crashed and failed I went from 144 to 128 in about a month but then got sick, and tried to be healthy, but ultimately got off track and gained it all back plus maybe a little more. So my plan now is something compared to the way I lost all my weight in high school and got down to 113 or so. I basically juice fasted (just liquids) without counting calories. And then I allowed one day (Sunday) to eat healthily, which means one meal.

So I started on Monday with no problems but for some reason the weakness hit me really quick. So I had a small bowl of rice yesterday and two rice cakes with peanut butter on them. And my Energy is a lot better and my strength is back up. I went to the grocery store and got Juices for the “fast”. Lots of varieties so I don’t freak out and quit. Also I got BABY FOOD for emergencies. I accept that since it isn’t a solid and it’s really low in calories.

So I am going to non-solid/liquid fast mon-sat and have one healthy sized meal on Sunday until I am an acceptable weight. And yes if I somehow binge when I am half awake or when I am drunk or whatever, I will be putting myself through hell and throwing it all up as much as possible.

Liquids that are acceptable…
100% Juice
Liquid yogurt
Fresh Fruit Smoothies
Veggie juices
Vegetable Broth

In Emergencies of weakness
Small doses of Ice cream
Milk shakes
Baby food

So I will weigh myself as soon as I get a chance so I have a starting point.

new diet?:

i'm allowing myself 6 flavor-ice a day (horribly sugary, i know, but these things are pretty much a necessity), one to two bowls of cheerios a day, and as much fruit juice as i think i need. the fruit juice will hopefully speed up my metabolism (any thoughts on this?) and the cheerios have vitamins, and are really really low in fat.
any comments/advice?

i came back home from school for the summer, and i am struggling. its hard for me to be around a kitchen full of food all the time. when i was at school, i was always busy and i took care of my own things, so i didnt keep food around. i was wondering about diet pills with appetite suppressants for the last few weeks i am here. anyone take any or know anything about them?

Just as an update. [09 Jul 2005|03:31am]

I have been eating 1000 calories or less in a day, as I calculated my basal metabolism rate for my long term goal weight to be 1100 calories a day. So I have been eating under that amount and I have lost 14 lbs taking me to 130 lbs. I am ten lbs away from my short term goal, and 20 lbs away from my real goal weight, and 30 lbs away from making 100 dollars from my friend who bet me I couldn't get down to 100 lbs from 144 in two months, I have 5 weeks left, it's doable if I don't lose track.

I have also cut dairy, eggs, and most meats from my diet. I will still eat fish and seafoods but i haven't even had any of that in the last three weeks. I am close to vegan but because of the fish, not quite.

I got my diet pills in the mail today! I am starting them tomorrow...


I also got an advanced colon/internal cleanse today. It's a month long system... I will also be starting that tomorrow. As when I started restricting I completed a two week less harsh for of this cleanse and I think I owe a partial amount of my 14 lbs weight loss to the program.


Tomorrow I am going to continue with my restricting however, I am going to step it up a notch by restricting myself to 600-800 calories in a day. I bought two weight loss tea's to help me.



I am going to take a before picture tomorrow so I can compare what progress I will make over the next three weeks.

i know i said i was going to do the only3week plan but i can not fast so many days especially when im going to be in school soon. i last 63 hours w/o food, but i had to eat b/c i was so dizzy i could not move. anyway i started a new fast it started at 5pm today and will end 5pm on sunday, then while im at school for 3weeks i eat one small thing a day. thats my plan for july. anyway i hope everyone else is doing good.
